Receive updates from social media and marketing into your Microsoft Teams conversations

Teams is a great way for your employees to collaborate. Under your team’s channels you can connect to various external services and bring those feeds directly into your conversations. Say you have a Marketing team. You can bring in your Facebook, Twitter, Mailchimp and Google Analytics feeds into Teams.

Here’s how:

  1. Choose the Team and then the Channel you want to add your social feed to
  2. Click on the ellipses followed by Connectors
  3. Choose your social connect and follow the configuration options.

Once done you’ll start getting these feeds show up in your channel. Super Easy!
